I am Adrián Álvarez, a Senior Fullstack Engineer. I build APIs, interfaces and data systems that run in production.

Most of my work sits between the database and the browser: Node.js and NestJS services, REST and event-driven APIs, React and Astro interfaces, and the data models that connect them. I care about the boring parts: schema design, caching, observability and deployments that do not surprise anyone.

I have worked with agencies and startups across Europe and the US on eCommerce platforms, internal tools and data pipelines. That usually means designing a schema, wiring an integration, shipping a UI and staying around when it breaks.

I use AI tools in my workflow to move faster without lowering the bar on review. If you need someone who can own a feature from schema to interface, we should talk.
